Intravenous (IV) Therapy

 

We provide IV therapy to quickly administer fluids and medications directly into the bloodstream. This allows us to hydrate more effectively and efficiently. Administering medications straight into the blood stream allows the body to absorb 100% of the medication(s).

Tracheostomy Management

 

Encompasses maintaining a patents airway with practices to ensure prevention of infection. This is a multidisciplinary approach with the goal to ween and decannulate the patient as quick as possible.

CPAP/BiPap

 

Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation via CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) and/or BiPAP (Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure) for Sleep Apnea and Respiratory Failure.

Medication Management

 

Our individualized interdisciplinary treatment system helps ensure our patients are receiving optimal beneficial results for the prescribed medications that they may be taking.

Oxygen Therapy 

 

Oxygen therapy with the modalities to include nasal cannula, simple mask, venti mask, non-rebreather and Heated High Flow Nasal Cannula.

Total Parental Nutrition (TPN) Formulas

 

Intravenous feeding that provides our patients with all the fluid and the essential nutrients they need when they are no longer able to be fed by mouth.

Restorative Nursing Care

 

Our restorative nursing program is an interdisciplinary approach with interventions to promote the patient’s ability to adapt and adjust to living as independently and safely as possible. Our program focuses on achieving and maintaining optimal physical, mental and psychosocial well-being at the highest level.

Wound Care

 

Integral interdisciplinary wound care management system with a Certified Physician Based Wound Care Program. We can effectively treat a variety of wounds, including, ostomies, arterial/venous ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, burns and pre - and post-flap surgery. This program also includes Wound Vac Therapy.

Bariatric Care 

 

Interdisciplinary approach to assist with weight management through nutritional, education, rehabilitation, social services, mental wellbeing and nursing care support, along with having the right equipment as needed to meet everyone’s need.

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)

 

An interdisciplinary team approach including physician, respiratory, nursing, dietary, and therapy services are included to manage CHF with the goal to improve outcomes for the patient.

COPD Disease Management

 

An interdisciplinary approach to meet each individual need by managing Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease process; preventing exacerbations; relieving symptoms and slowing the progression of the disease with the goal to improve the patients quality of life.

Trilogy 100 Ventilator 

 

Ventilator is used for Lung Disease and Respiratory Failure.
